Let us pray: Father, Hallelujah is the highest praise we can give you, and we say Hallelujah. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
In Exodus 3:10-11 AMP, God tells Moses, "Come now, and I will send you to Pharaoh, and then bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt." However, Moses responds by asking, "Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?" Despite his doubts, Moses is one of the most significant figures in the Bible and faced many struggles with his faith.
He was a murderer, rejected, and a runner. However, when God called him to do what he had run away from, he had doubts and struggled with his faith. In Exodus 4:1, he asked, "But suppose they will not believe me or listen to my voice." And in Exodus 4:10, he expressed, "I am not eloquent, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant. But I am slow of speech and slow of tongue He went on to say, 'Can't you get someone else?' After God persisted with the call, Moses found himself tapped out of excuses as to why he couldn't do what God was calling him to do. Here's what you need to do: pick up your white flag and surrender!
Did you know that you cannot wrestle with God when you raise your hands in surrender? In my studies, I discovered that there are only two positions from which the referee starts a wrestling match. The first is the neutral position, where both wrestlers stand facing each other. The other is the referee's position, where one wrestler starts on their hands and knees down on the mat, and the other starts on top in control.
May I suggest to you that the referee today is the Holy Spirit, and He is not starting you in a neutral position? Instead, He is starting you in a position where you are bowed down, and God is in control. You should know that you cannot win with the Holy Ghost as the referee. Right?
