Let us pray: Father, your word says, "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord." We praise you now in Jesus' name. Amen!
My husband has this saying when it comes to trust. He says we will start at one hundred. And so, I took on the mentality of starting at one hundred with God. After I look back over my life, I can see where I am still at one hundred with God. He has not
failed me; He has supplied all of my needs. He is true to his word to perform it. He has been with me the entire time and He is faithful with his promises and I am forever grateful.
The scripture tells us in Proverbs 3: 5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths."
It doesn't matter if God leads me into unknown territory, uncomfortable places, or down a path I'm not familiar with. I still trust Him because of who He is to me. I have always said that I don't like surprises, but I like God's surprises because I trust Him. He wants nothing but the best for you and me. One reason people may have an issue with following God into the unknown is fear. Fear can hinder you from moving forward and cause you to become stagnant. However, the scripture tells us in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Why wouldn’t I trust the creator? I’m just taking it to another level in Him. Trust God with everything that concerns you and He will not fail you. Just remember it is according to His will for your life.
